At Olive Sand, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps below for a smooth and hassle-free process:

Exchange for Sizes Only:

  • Exchanges can be made within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
  • Please return the item using a trackable shipping service and notify us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must reach us within 7 working days via a trackable courier service. Items not returned within this timeframe will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in unworn condition with original tags intact. Items with any signs of wear, including body odor or perfume scents, will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
